“I'm in my 70s and NOT tech-savvy. I had a licensed electrician remove the old transformer/timer, as well as mount and make the wiring connections to the new FX unit. He was unable to program the unit. Further, I'm unable to program the unit to go on and off at sunset and sunrise. The lights remain all the time, 24/7. So, I'm stuck with an expensive device that can't be programmed, and I can't find a local dealer to assist.”
