“This unit was to replace a similar Rain Bird controller I had for 20 years without ever an issue. The new controller has a larger footprint than my original Rain Bird unit because the box allows for expansion beyond 12 zones. It is extremely easy to read and replacing the backup battery is much easier than my original unit. Unit does not come with electrical cord or battery. Installer had a grounded cord to use.”
