“In this day when so much customer service comes from foreign speaking personnel that are difficult to understand and when frequently the problem never gets solved it was an unexpected pleasure to speak to your people. They took my order with professional ability and a little later I received the confirmation and a little after that I received your welcome to the group. To say the least I was overwhelmed with pleasure and appreciation. A day after receiving my order I had a question and I was referred to Danny who may be the finest customer service person I ever worked with, He solved my question in a matter of minutes and I have now installed the sprinklers and they work as good sprinklers should. With a lawn of over 80 sprinklers I need this kind of service. Thank you very much. Keith Gill”
