“The item is not exactly as shown on the picture, it has a thick piece of plastic wrapped around the center part of the nipple in the shape of a pentagon. In other words, it's not perfectly smooth as pictures, so you can't slide it through a 1" hole because of that plastic center piece. You would need to drill at least a one and a half inch hole. But it is a 3/4" x 5" long nipple.”
