“First, they screwed up by sending the wrong items. But... They immediately responded to my request to fix the problem and sent me the correct items quickly. They also sent a pre-paid mailing label so I could return the wrong items. So overall I am very happy with these folks. I would definitely order form them again.”

“I ordered a wired sensor vs. a wireless which I needed. Once I realized it, I called immediately the next day. It was corrected I thought but the wrong sensor was actually shipped. When recieved, I called and a complete new sensor and trnsmitter was sent and recieved immediately.”
