“the bulb holder had not been attached to the reflector assembly. The brass screws, washers and nuts were rolling around between the reflector and the lens. These were very, very,small screws nuts and washers. I would have sent this back,, except it was scheduled for installation an hour from the time I was opening the carton to take it out and place it in the garden where I wanted it installed. It took me 45 mins of fumbling around, dropping the screws and washer multiple times to attach the bulb holder to the reflector. I had to create a jig and use duct tape to secure the bulb holder and screws to the reflector assembly and then try multiple times to get the tiny nuts on brass screws. It was an ordeal. Needless to say I am unhappy.”
