order the right product the first time. The company definitely does not make it easy to swap.”

USPS rates are generally really ridiculous for larger items, but UPS and FedEx are often much more reasonable if you aren't needing to expedite the shipment. Just to add some perspective, we shipped you a product from our New York warehouse to you in Texas for just a little more than what what you were quoted for the shipping alone, and we're offering 10% above and beyond the original purchase price in store credit for your return.
