“Great service. One sprinkler head I received didn't work properly, so I notified the Sprinkler Supply Store, thinking I needed to send it back to get a replacement. Instead they promptly sent me a new one without me needing to return the non-functional one.”

“I have installed 3 of the sprinkler heads. Two work fine. But one of them does not rotate. It did after I first installed it. But after checking it several times, It just sprays in the same place. I would like to send it back to you. Do you have a certain procedure you would like followed for me to return this sprinkler head and have you send me one that works? Dennis B.
