I use this as a mixer for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages its a great alternative than syrup or even the messy process of squeezing a lemon with your bare hands! The lemon is very tart and bright and adds a nice zing to your drink. My favorite combination as of late is adding a bit into plain carbonated water and then cutting a couple fresh strawberries to make a strawberry lemonade soda. So refreshing and perfect for summer!”
