“Transfer from airport to ferry purchased through St. Barts Blue caused unnecessary anxiety. First, upon arrival at the airport, there was no representative identifying themselves as with Voyager. Only after asking around, did one of the "greeters" pull the Voyager sign out of his bag. He told us that the transfer had already left with a group of people 15 minutes earlier (we had exited the terminal 10 minutes before finding him) - his first reaction was to blame us. He told us that because of the Carnival parade, they did not know if 1 hour would be enough time to get to the ferry -- implying that we were out of luck -- only after I insisted, did he reach out to an apparent supervisor. After speaking with several people, they said they would send us in a taxi -- it took another 15 minutes before we were put in a taxi (since 60 minutes might not have been enough -- we now had less than 40 minutes!). There was minimal traffic and we arrived at the ferry terminal 20 minutes before departure time.”
