“Casa Cervo is a lovely retreat. With 4 Master Suites overlooking the pool and the ocean it is the perfect couples get-away. The ability to fully open up the communal living spaces was wonderful. We transformed the back deck into an outdoor yoga studio as a bonus. The Outdoor shower was gorgeous. It is a beautiful setting with karma and a constant calming sea breeze. The mesmerizing beach is rough and with a strong undertow, but there are several swimming beaches nearby. Bedrooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. Ms Agatha is superb and keeps the home immaculate and in perfect condition. Our only complaint was that the kitchen did not include any of the basics, not even salt and pepper (and no coffee filters!)
The French side of the island is wonderfully quiet. Le Cigale was our favorite evening restaurant . It was very close to the house with a romantic setting on a lagoon. For daytime fun, we really enjoyed the Kalatua beach club on Maho beach which had a fun boho-chic vibe.
For a non-beach outing, we really liked our visit to Marigot: we went to the fort for a spectacular aerial view of the island and the marina market and restaurants were fun too!”
