“The view is worth a million dollars! Great home, perfect location. Very clean and new furnishings. Mosquitos were a real issue this time, but no fault of the property. Even though this property is “economical”, it is still a too-notch villa and we would easily rent it again!”

Some not so great things:
Kitchen kind of rough. Needs updated. Disappointed in the number of people that randomly visited at any time they wanted - cleaning, pool, gardener, etc. Too many people. When you rent a villa one of the reasons you rent is for the PRIVACY. If I wanted a lot of people around, I would have went to a resort. :)
AC in master bedroom died on Wednesday. Poor communication with concierge. Overall concierge was average.
Our overall experience this time with St Martin was average too. We had been to St Martin 6 years ago and stayed at Lune de Miel. We loved our St Martin trip which is why we came back. Covid restrictions, curfews, restaurant availability made the trip really not worth it. Did I also say our concierge was not that much help? :(”
