“Our arranged transport to the property was prompt and courteous. However, the property was not ready for our timed arrival. Additionally, the main refrigerator in the kitchen and laundry area were both malfunctioning. We had pre-ordered groceries which had been sitting in a warm refrigerator for several hours. We encountered no ice, souring meat, melted ice cream and wilted vegetables. Though the property was modern, spacious and elegantly appointed, the appliance issues continued throughout our stay and this was a major inconvenience for our family. The kind and capable housekeeper Dana was apologetic and tried to be helpful. I would recommend the owners attend to this issue immediately before hosting other guests at this lovely property.”
