“As the name implies, it is Just in Paradise. We have rented numerous villas in St Martin for 15 years. We are so happy Eddie found this villa for us. Views are stunning. It's now in our top 3. Also, one of the cleanest and well stocked we have stayed. Everything worked perfectly. Wonderful hosts and Melissa our housekeeper was outstanding.”

“We had some issues:
1. The pool was always dirty and couldn’t use it. Luckily we liked the whirlpool. When the pool cleaner did come, he put chlorine in a saline pool. It was so strong we couldn’t use the pool or the whirlpool. And don’t say it’s heated when it’s not!
2. Ants in the kitchen and living area bathroom.
3. Knocking/banging noises in one bedroom at night that made it extremely hard to sleep.
4. An animal came on to the patio one night. How can this happen? We also heard people walking around a couple of nights too.
5. The house cleaner used to dishwasher and it overflowed causing lots of water on the kitchen floor we had to clean up. We don’t use the dishwasher, always hand wash what we use.
BUT THIS IS THE FIRST VILLA WE WOULD COME BACK TO AFTER STAYING IN MULTIPLE VILLAS DURING THE PREVIOUS 16 VISITS! THAT MEANS A LOT!”
