1. Driver did not show up. 2. After waiting for one hour, the concierge told us to take a taxi. 3. Concierge did not provide address to give the taxi driver. 4. The Concierge did not show us everything in the Villa (i.e. where to put garbage when full, remote, extra towels, pillow cases, etc.). 5. Dirty sponge. 6. Mold on the cutting board. 7. Spider webs in the bedroom. 8. There were only two facial tissues left in the bathroom, and not enough bathroom tissues, garbage bags, paper towels, or dish soap. 9. The concierge did not call or come next morning to see if everything okay. When concierge delivered items we ordered, he did not take the opportunity to knock on the door and introduce himself; just left items at door and sent a text. 10. There was construction noise. 11. Air conditioner in the kitchen malfunctioned. 12. The itinerary received stipulated a 12pm check out, yet the concierge advised it was 11am.
