“This is one of the first things I purchased from Stacy's website. Her recipes are a gold mine for being on the 5&1 plan. I am a foodie. I was tired of eating the same things over and over. I had some success on plan, but still need to lose another 30 more pounds. This seasoning was a GAME CHANGER for me!!! I sauté leeks, mushrooms and spinach to make a healthy portion of greens for my L&G and 3/4 tsp of this seasoning with a spray of avocado oil just to keep it from sticking to the pan is perfect with just about any protein. Its good on cloudies (no-carb bread made with egg whites and cream cheese) with eggs in the am, it is good as just a side with fish, chicken or beef. I even tossed fresh broccoli in a little olive oil and the truffle & black garlic parm seasoning together. Baked it in the air fryer and my 18 yr old step-son LIKED IT!!! He doesn't like broccoli...ever. Not even smothered in cheese!
Stacy Hawkins has some great ideas and has been an integral part of my success on plan. I've lost over 60 lbs and intend to keep it off. I'm never going back to that old person.
