I loved the recipes and the cover of the cook book, but thought the printed copier paper pages, fell short. For $40 I was expecting a nicer printed recipe book with tabs for different food categories. Seems like the recipes are all mixed up.

Hi Janet! Thanks for the feedback on this. The book is designed as a workhorse- not a coffee table book so that's why the pages are the way they are- for note taking, adjustments and anything else people would like to do with them. When first printed, it was on heavy glossy paper and people complained so we went this route instead. Regarding the recipes and organization- over the years we've had people say they wanted to organize the recipes 100 different ways- by protein, by ingredients or by genre. So... we just put them together and intentionally put them in a 3 ring binder so that you can organize them how you want :). Hope that helps! Stacey
