I would like to personally apologize... every time an order is placed, we do confirm it, then let you know when it's shipped and when it's arrived as well as send you support materials for your product. Trust it's not intended to spam you or overwhelm you... just to keep you in the loop and apprised of your package. With so many packages going missing- we over deliver for everyone's safety. That being said, at the bottom of ANY of those emails is an unsubscribe link. Please just click on any one of them and you will be removed immediately.
