Please try again!!! It is very easy to use. Hold it at a 45 degree angle while holding your skin tight behind the blade using gentle feather strokes. Practice makes perfect!

We use a surgical grade stainless steel single edge blade to mimic what you would find in the spa giving your professional results! It is sharp but as you said, speaks to the quality of our tool!
