Thank you for your feedback. We always recommend using our products for at least 3 weeks before seeing noticeable results. Our High Frequency Device releases argon gas in an electrode. When the argon gas touches your skin, it releases oxygen – acne causing bacteria can not live in oxygen. So the device kills the bacteria. Please note this device can be used daily, but we advise no more than 3-5 minutes per given area daily including the under eye area, and capping daily use at 20 minutes when using for your entire face.
