“I really like this HF. I just wish the glass probe was a little easier to get out of the wand. I’m afraid every time I pull it out that I’m going to break it. You also have to make sure it lights up purple before you use it. I was having a little trouble at first. You also can’t put it up to high. Start off gradual, otherwise you will probably blow a fuse.

Thank you for sharing! When removing the wand in the future it is always best to pull directly out instead of twisting. Please be sure to use a towel to remove the wands each time you use the device :)
“I don’t have issues with acne. But lately have been getting some cystic acne on my chin. One or two and it’s been frustrating. I splurged on this and a blue light. I do wish that this device had numbers on the dial (so you know where to start or what number You did last time) it was a little hard the first week or so because I didn’t know how to use it correctly. I did watch a few videos so I knew, but could have been a better instructional video. I did notice an improvement in the bumps and preventing the bigger cystic acne from coming to the surface. I did notice that my skin got REALLY dry if I use it everyday, in the same spot. Which was in the instructions as a warning. I didn’t mind it though. I just used moisturizer after. I do recommend this product if you just need a little assistance, but I also think it’s important to keep up with your normal skincare routine as well! For those who worry about doing too much, start low and move up from there. I put a little dot of permanent marker so i know where to normally start since there are no numbers. But I have noticed a difference and haven’t had the big cystic acne pop up so far! Hoping it stays that way if I do it about 2x a week!”
