“I bought this as I have acne around my chin. Not cystic, but likely hormonal. It took me a while to work this properly and I am a total wimp so didn't have it powered up as much as it should have been initially. I used the largest tool first around my whole face but more recently focus on my chin, as otherwise it takes a long time. I've used this almost daily for 3 weeks now.
I find the wand doesn't eradicate acne but instead makes it come to a head much quicker - whereas my breakouts take a long time, this speeds them up to probably around half of their 'lifespan'. This is for whiteheads. For blackheads I'm less sure it helps, but I don't have a lot of those (thankfully).
I find this dries out my skin afterwards so I make sure to moisturize when I am done.
Unfortunately after I used the smallest tool, it broke as I was taking it out of the wand. It popped loudly but thankfully broke in two pieces so no injuries. The smallest tool was the best so I am sad, but I've managed to use the spoon tool efficiently too.”

Depending how often you use the device, it can slightly dry your skin out. However applying a moisturizer after is great to keep your skin hydrated.
