“I lips have been suffering this winter and I wanted this to be the product to finally moisturize my lips! I was so excited to try this, but it dried my lips even worse. I was using it in the morning and at night before bed, so I decided to try just once a day and it worked a little better. I just don’t use it as often and that seems to work.”
Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your experience. As this is a effective peel, it can take some getting used to for your lips. Your adjustment with use is exactly as advised. We definitely recommend using 5-7x per week as your lips adjust and your dead skin is pulled to the surface and hydration levels restored. You can also apply a layer of our HA Serum to hydrate your skin while your skin adjusts to this peel to ensure soft supple lips.
“As with using any exfoliating product, at first, it's a little drying but just keep using it and that will turn around quickly. Soon your lips will love you!”
“Not exaggerating- The Lip Peel is a miracle!! I have had very chapped, peeling lips for years and have used all kinds of scrubs, serums and balms. I was nervous about the name "lip peel" because my lips have bled in the past when dry skin has peeled off. But after just one application of the Hydrating Lip Peel my lips were smooth! It somehow just dissolves the dry skin. I now use a little dab every day and bought some more for my teenage son who also has chapped lips. I've never told people to buy a specific product before, but this stuff is awesome!”
“I love the lip peel and the dermaroller, but the hydrating serum caused an allergic reaction.
The lip peel really works! It definitely dried my lips out a bit as the old top layer sloughed off, but then my lips were soft and smooth.
The dermaroller seemed to speed up the effects of the lip peel, and the whole sloughing/peeling was over in a few days.
While the hydrating serum smelled wonderful and left my skin so soft, it also caused an itchy, bumpy allergic reaction that took a day or so to go away. Quite pricy, and I can’t use it again.”
