“I would put the serum on at night and then a nice layer of Nuxe lip balm (organic) when the serum had dried. I then tried to tote the serum around for multiple day use under my spf 35 lip balm but started to experience a weird drying and irritated feeling on the surface of my lips. I've now reduced my usage to once in the evening before bed and I haven't gotten the irritated dry effects since.”
