“My dermatologist has always recommended TCA peels to help reset and balance out my skin. I tend to be very oily and have constant break outs. The only issue is that it runs me about $150 for one or $360 for a package of three. This gets costly long term and sometimes not within the price range as some places do charge more. With that being said my skin is pretty used to the strong peels from the dermatologist so when I saw this I was not too sure what to expect. As for the price I was very happy with it as it states that it can last you 4 to 5 months, which is cost effect. Everyone talked about it burning but I did not have the same reaction the first time I put it on. Therefore, I waited another two days before I reapplied it and it did sting or burn just a little. I have been using it twice a week for the last four weeks and I can tell you that my skin has completely transformed. My cousin had asked me what I had been doing to my skin because it was glowing and flawless, which she can only achieve with make-up (this tends to be the day after you apply the peel before the skin begins to peel). However, my skin does look a lot better with less break out and when I feel some coming out I tend to spot treat them with the TCA peel. For those that are new to this I do recommend that you use a deep exfoliator prior to the peel and a deep hydrating moisturizer so that you can obtain the best results.”
