Paints can be diluted from 1:1, for deep colours and opaque applications, through to 15:1 (water:paint), for shading techniques and translucent colour effects. This makes large scale scenic painting easy, in theatre, as a TV paint, or as a video paint. It is a flexible vinyl paint, making it the ideal solution for painting backdrops for photography or theatre onto a flexible surface that will become subject to folding or rolling.
