The Jensen line is sealed. This appears to be environmental efflorescence which can be generally be cleaned with the following mix: Mix two parts Dawn Dishwashing Liquid + one part White Vinegar making it as thick as possible. Using a soft bristle brush lightly scrub in one direction let stand for a few minutes and wash with clear water. That should do the trick. This is also mentioned in the owners manual under care and maintenance. Keep in touch and let us know if this corrects the build up.
