“The Thunder Gray balls are brown. I have talked to Baruch who tried to correct it but I received another order of Thunder Gray (brown) balls, even though I was specific with him about wanting to exchange them for black. I originally ordered two sets and paid over $300 for them.. Since then I have left 3 messages, talked to a sales clerk, who transferred me back to Baruch. I left a message beggiang for someone to tell me how I can exchange them. No one has gotten back. PLEASE tell me how I can exchange these for BLACK. The name Thunder Gray and the picture on the website do not show the true color of the balls. I don't want to smear your company on the website, I just want to know how I can exchange this product.
