The automatic ignition system did not work when the firepit arrived. Called and emailed customer service with complete details of the problem. Two ignition modules were shipped to me and neither have solved the problem. If the modules are truly defective when you receive them from your supplier why would you not test them before shipping them to me? Do you have any type of Quality Control over your suppliers? And if the modules are not the problem, why does customer service have no other suggestions?

Hi Ruth, Thank you for your review. Just tried calling and left you a message. It's not uncommon for customers to have issues during the first ignition of their Agio fire pits. First off, please make sure there's no fire glass covering the ignitor. This is the most common error, since it needs air to work properly. If you've already done this, make sure the valve is pushed in for 20-30 seconds while the pilot lights. This is to allow the thermocouple to heat up. Once hot, you should be able to turn on the valve and ignite the fire pit. If we've already sent 2 replacements and you're still having issues, then it sounds to us like there's some sort of user issue that we need to work through. It's extremely rare to have 1 ignition defective, let alone 3.
