Mr. Thurston, Our apologies that you're having trouble with the lazy susan. The lazy susan is actually designed to work with the larger Agio fire pit burners, but a while back we developed some adapter brackets that you can install that will allow the lazy susan to work with your Kensington fire pit. These brackets have been shipped today and you should have soon. Our customer service manager was unaware of these brackets, which was why he couldn't offer a solution sooner. “We found the combining of the cover with a lazy susan very imaginative. We are still working to adjust the level of fire glass in the bowl so the lazy susan doesn't drag when we turn it. It is very well made, and this is a minor annoyance.”
