“The firepit looks amazing, good looking, easy to install, the packaging is perfect, it comes with a cover as well. I've been using just for 1 week, so can't say about its durability, but so far, a great choice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the delivery. You never know exactly when it will be delivered, for about 5 days after the purchase it would just say the purchase was not fulfilled, and when shipped, we never knew when it would arrive, we had to wait days for a call to schedule. Once they arrived, they refused to take it up some stairs to put the very heavy box in our patio, so they dropped in the garage. You need 2-3 strong people to carry, so it was a hassle. But other than that, we are happy with the product.”
