“The 10' gas connector hose with 3/8" fitting, which was recommended by Best Buy representatives, was inappropriate for my gas dryer. Thus the Best Buy installers were unable to use the connector hose. I notified Starfire Direct that it would not work. Starfire Direct informed me it was not cost effective for me to return the hose. Thus, Starfire will deduct fees and credit me the balance, which is more than half of the initial cost. Yes, as an octogenarian, I am confused.”
