“I purchased the wine barrel fire pit on 3 October 2020 and it arrived on 16 December 2020. I knew it would be delayed due to fires in California where the product is produced and I was okay with that. I actually liked the looks of the product based on what I saw on-line and felt good about supporting a business affected by the fires. I was very disappointed to find that the product arrived without the cover, which we need to protect it from the sun and rain. I followed-up and found that the cover is on backorder. How is it possible that the cover was never ordered in the 2.5 months it took to produce and ship the product!?! I was told on 23 December that the cover would ship in two weeks by ground transportation. I asked if they would ship next day and received no reply. It is now 17 January and no cover and the fire pit is still sitting in my garage. Very disappointing customer service!”

“Did not come with natural gas conversion kit, cover, electronic spark ignition that I was told by Mitchell was included so now I have a 400 dollar natural gas line installed that I cannot use.”

John, Thanks for your review. Your cover was shipped right after you let us know it was missing. The fire pit doesn't need a conversion kit. You can hook it up to NG per the manufacturers instructions as is. And the ignition is from an old listing, no longer available. I'm sorry that we missed the mark on this, but we do hope you enjoy the wine barrel fire pit. Starfire Direct
