“The table shipped to me without several parts. I called about this and was told by Starfire that they were on backorder and would be sent directly from the manufacturer. The woman who told me this had little other information and seemed disinterested in my phone call. One item has arrived, but still waiting on the cover-a $600 item! Communication from Starfire pretty much stopped once they had shipped my item. I feel that I should have been notified that my shipment would be lacking key components of my order! The teak fire table is beautiful. I’m a bit concerned that the finish was applied too sparingly. It’s looking dry in certain areas already. Also, because the boards have open spaces between and those surfaces of the teak were not sanded smooth, those areas are all going to collect dirt. It’s disappointing that such a high end item had a couple details overlooked.”
