“Thanks for sending out the samples of fire glass quickly - I really wanted to see them before buying. I do have some serious feedback though - when I took the 1/2 gold reflective fire glass out of the sample bag to look at I ended up with glass shards and dust embedded in my hand and all over my desk. It was difficult to clean up and my hand is now itchy and painful. I can't get the shards out. This is totally not acceptable. If there's some expectation that folks can't touch the fire glass, the bag needs a huge warning (and also I wouldn't buy it if it were covered in glass shards and dust). Please take a look at this to make your samples safe for customers!”

“We've had the diamond shaped amber colored glass in our firepit for a couple weeks now and LOVE it. We haven't had any issues with popping or cracking like mentioned in other reviews. I ordered the sample kit first which was very helpful. I first ordered 100 pounds of blue glass and a couple hours later called to cancel the order because we decided to change out all the fabric on outdoor furniture. Steven, the sales rep, was very chill and refunded my credit card immediately. A couple weeks later, we decided on the amber color and Steven helped me place that order too. All together an easy process and a beautiful product.”
