“We ordered the samples on July 17th. It is now August 21st and the samples still have not arrived. We would just like a refund of our money. How ridiculous.”

Jeff, Your free fire glass samples were shipped the day after you placed your order via USPS. Based on the tracking, it appears USPS must have lost the shipment since it says "arriving late". We were unaware of this delay, but once you made us aware, we shipped a second order right away at no charge. The second set of free samples was shipped on 8/19 and is scheduled to arrive on Monday. Please know that you were only originally charged $7.95 for the cost of shipping, there was no charge for the free samples. We apologize that USPS lost your first shipment, but did make it right by sending a second shipment at no charge. Sorry you find this situation "ridiculous", but we did everything we could in this situation. I've gone ahead and processed a refund of $7.95 for your troubles.
