“The service and shipping was great and the fire pit is beautiful. However; I am disappointed in the burner strength at 165k BTU the flame is still small. I wish I would have bought something with a Crossfire burner and I’ll have to spend a lot of extra money to upgrade. Star fire should offer a solution.”
