“This 44” aluminum cover is perfect for my pit. I previously had a canvas cover for my 48” architectural stone gas fire pit but it was not aesthetically pleasing and hid all the beauty of my stonework. This new cover keeps all debris and weather out of the pit but leaves all my stonework open to view. My log set easily fits under the cover. Although quite large the cover is light enough to remove and replace without the need for superior arm strength. The top nob and side handles also make cover movement easy and the handles double as tie down points. The exterior finish on the cover is quite nice also. I would recommend this product.”
