“Ordered and received a fire pit table and generally like it. However it arrived substantially damaged although there was no damage to the box or packaging. Been waiting over a month for a replacement.”

“Great quality fire pit! Customer service with shipping company was terrific. I was concerned that the fabric cover would be low quality but pleased with a terrific fitting cover with vents and nicely keeps the rain out. Two suggestions: I wish the Bali lava rocks were bigger size., not so many small rocks, more medium and large. Will likely upgrade once they are charred. Also, the steel burner cover just has cutouts for handling. Instead it should have an inset handle in the center that lies flat to use as a serving surface. Current design allows the small oak leaves to get into the burner area which I need to pick out before lighting.”
