“The burner is well built and very sturdy. The flame is stunning. Very happy I went with the penta. I have two complaints. First, the sparker did NOT come with any hardware to attach the sparker to the mounting plate and NO hardware for the mounting plate to be attached to the burner. Second, my ceramic on my sparker must be cracked as it arcs between the metal on the ceramic holder. I rigged it up so I have a good CHANCE for it to arc to my burner line. It took the sparker company a long time to finally get a hold of me and I don't know if it's worth taking it all apart to send them a picture of a sparker that looks fine.”
