“Waited 4 months for this to come and then it showed up damaged. It also looked nothing like their photos. I know natural concrete has imperfections, but this was over the top and not expected based on how they describe and picture their products. Very disappointed after the extremely long wait. I would not recommend purchasing Prism products. Furthermore, there was no apology or empathy from them. They wanted to ship another one but I said no. No offer of additional discount or anything for the 4 month wait.”
