“The product itself it great. Customer service was not. I understand there are delays because of COVID, but to not get any proactive communication when my order was over a month late was absurd. Had I not reached out myself, I would have never gotten an update from the company, and even then, I had to follow up several times to get a straight answer on when my order would actually ship. I was really disappointed with how it was handled - not that the order was late, that I understand, but that they did not even try to communicate with me about it. The fire pit is great, I love it, this is not a knock against the Prism Hardscapes brand at all. But I would not order from Starfire Direct again - they don't seem to value their customers' experience at all.”

Caroline, Thank you for your review. We did email you on at least 3 separate occasions with the most updated information we had from Prism at the time. These fire pits are made to order, and they do not provide any information until the item is ready to ship. We're sorry that this was not to your satisfaction. We can assure you we're always working with our vendors to improve communication and transparency. However, this year has been especially difficult with COVID cases shutting many related businesses down (including office staff and production workers) which ultimately delays communication.
