“The larger diameter pipe allows more gas through than other lines with 1/2 inch fittings. At a lower velocity it is thus okay but when valve opened more than half way, it began whistling. Didn't expect that from this top-end priced line. For my small pit, opening valve 1/3 way is enough most of the time so it's okay. Likely has something to do with the way the line is flexed but in my pit it is very hard to experiment. Materials and build quality are first class.”
