You can speak to someone personally and you can give them your FP measurements and they will calculate the amount of glass you need or your H-burner size. We live in CA so we received great shipping time also.”

“Great customer service. I followed the instructions they were very good. The clamp that was included would fit on damper. This is used to partially leave the damper open so the carbon monoxide goes out through the chimney. The instruction is if it doesn't to leave the damper all the way open which lets the heat out.”

“The H-burner was easy to install as shown in the video. The glass and the fire are beautiful. I am very happy about how it looks and how it works. The customer service at Starfire is excellent. They were immediately responsive and were very helpful. I hate to add to the landfill, so I offered for free my grate and fake logs on a neighborhood website and had 8 people respond almost immediately. Who knew?”
