“Sales rep should have asked about mounting application! Could not utilize the mounting kit face plate, instead had to drill length wise through the block using a rented hammer drill, add an 8 inch extension to make it work. Happy thy I made it work but unhappy overall with the sales and customer service team!”

“Valve sticks and is hard to open and close. Supposed to send me another but they never did. Got a simple cut off valve cat the local hardware store to replace it.”
