“Your return policy is terrible. I accidentally ordered the wrong size cover. I offered to return for an exchange and the charge was the same as if a bought a new one at amazon. On my purchase I was offered a $25 coupon or free cover because my purchase was over $750. You should give me the credit and I should return the cover. By the way the return process was weeks vs. days. I will not recommend your site to friends and family.”
