“Second time we have ordered this large pan/ring. The pan/ring itself are fine. The issue is repeated mistakes by Starfire on shipping wrong parts. First time,t he pan and ring were not assembled together when received.They had wrong parts and would NOT assemble together. Starfire proposed a reducer, which would have adjusted ring height 1" higher .. and then needed an additional 1" of full circle diameter of additional glass to cover rings. So sent back and they returned with correct fittings. Ordered a new kit this year as we moved. The new kit again sent with wrong fittings. This is carelessness by Starfire. We could have waited an additional week to get a new fitting or buy our own. We chose to buy our own as we did not want additional delays. We were not provided with compensation for having to buy new fittings. Not a happy customer.”
