“Ring is good but the ignition hole doesn't lineup outside the ring for the spark ignition. Had to create a secondary hole. Also the ignition is not powerful enough so doesn't light up the fire pit. I have to manually light up the fire-pit using a separate lighter.”

“My order took over a month to receive it from the time I ordered it. I'm not sure why the long delay, even with the current COVID-19 environment, they were still working. I also didn't receive the proper Ignition Spark piece as it doesn't screw into the plate securely, it just sits on top of the pan hole. It doesn't match the video that describes how it works. I called customer service and they said someone would look into it but I haven't heard back yet and it's been 2 weeks. It still eventually ignites, but for what I paid for the unit, I expected more satisfaction than what I received.”
