“I liked the glass but called to try to purchase 5 pounds more and was turned down since I didn’t need a minimum of 10 pounds. Well didn’t I just purchase 16 pounds? Not happy Dr Fennis Shipp”

“My only complaint is that when we turn on the flame, some rocks shatter and shoot out of the pit. So far no one has been hit but it is a concern.”

“Your Fire Diamonds are dangerous. They break and pop out of the gas firepit. We've had 3 crack and pop out of the fire. One hit my husband in the face. Fortunately he wasn't hurt. I bought a 10 lb. bag it wasn't enough so I had planned on ordering more from you but they're too dangerous. So I won't order from the company again.”
