Craig, I see you placed an order for a Patio Resort fire pit and 20lbs of fire glass on 9/28/20. The fire pit shipped 3 business days later on 10/2/20 and shows delivered on 10/7/20. The fire glass shipped 8 business days later on 10/9/20 and shows delivered on 10/13/20. The fire pit and fire glass ship from different locations and were both shipped during the posted lead times, which is also much longer right now due to the high demand. We appreciate you calling, but this would've shipped regardless. We don't forget to ship items, we just ship as soon as we're able based on the demand. But we can always do better at communicating this in the future. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We hope you are pleased with the fire pit and fire glass and enjoy for many years!

“We need more! We ordered a lighter amount than we knew we would need for our fire pit to test it and make sure it was what we wanted for our new back yard. AND it is perfect! We will be ordering more.”
